Phillip is our Managing Director, principal writer and developer of all resources. With 18 years as a chef in five star venues like the Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Conservatory at Crown Casino and 25 years in the vocational education sector, Phillip has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with our customers.
Phillip is currently completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in marketing at Swinburne University to upgrade his business and marketing skills to meet the demands of operating in a modern business and online environment.
Aliesha is our Rock Star Operations Manager and oversees all day to day activities and future planning. Having grown up in a hospitably family, Aliesha has a strong focus on customer service, business management and the philosophy of modern, inclusive, business teams and products that deliver results for clients. Aliesha has an Applied Science degree in Psychology, TAE, Diploma of Leadership and Management, a Certificate III in Retail and views herself as part of a new generation of female leaders offering new insights in training and business life. She has a family and two children, so you may find her answering a call in the car on the way to pick up the kids from school, or having a day working from home to balance work and family responsibilities.
Instructional Design Manager
Callan is our Instructional Design Manager who manages and develops all our online resources as well as providing online support to our customers.
After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science, Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education, and working in the Victorian school system for many years as a leading teacher, Callan utilises that experience when developing and designing our online training resources.
Stephen is a founding partner of Training Resource Solutions and runs our RTO, Culinary Solutions Australia.
Originally trained in London, Stephen has had a distinguished culinary career at the Executive Chef level around the world and consults with a number of culinary schools in Asia. Stephen is a member of Les Touque Blanche, Victoria, The Australian Institute of Technical Chefs, and a certified culinary educator by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS).
Stephen acts as TRS’s culinary advisor to keep us up to date with current kitchen practices.
